Dr. Dawod is a vascular neurologist specialized in the comprehensive care of stroke patients, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. Her research interest’s focus on stroke in active cancer patients. The goal of her research if to better understand the pathophysiology behind stroke and cancer and to achieve the best management for ischemic stroke in patients with active cancer hoping to give patients the best secondary prevention and the best possible quality of life.
