Biographical Sketch

Daniel Soto is a preliminary neurology resident interested in Neuro-Oncology. He was raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and outside of medicine, has interests ranging from soccer, chess, weightlifting, and trivia. In addition, the son of two Colombian parents, he loves making medicine accessible for the Spanish-speaking patient population.

Specialized Areas of Clinical, Research and/or Education Interests

During medical school, Daniel dedicated around 2 years to a project evaluating the presentation, management, and outcomes of patients who present to the emergency department with newly diagnosed brain metastases. It is currently being implemented into his home institution’s admission workflow and seeks to improve the quality of care these patients are receiving.
