Biographical Sketch
Dr. Thomas Williams is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained specialist in headache medicine. He practices at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, where he provides comprehensive care for veterans with migraine and other headache disorders.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Williams is deeply committed to medical education. As an educator, he serves as Site Director for medical students rotating through the VA, overseeing their neurology training and mentorship.
Dr. Williams will also assume the role of Director of the Headache Centers of Excellence at the VA Pittsburgh, where he will lead efforts to expand access to advanced headache care, procedural interventions, and multidisciplinary management for veterans across the region. His academic and clinical interests center on the diagnosis and treatment of migraine and other headache disorders, as well as the development of educational initiatives to strengthen neurology training.
