Karl Kamanousa, MD

Biographical Sketch

Karl is a first-year neurology resident who is currently interested in epilepsy and neuroimmunology. He was born in Cameroon and grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He went to school for 8 years in Philadelphia for undergrad and medical school. During that time, he did research related to Parkinson’s disease. Outside of the hospital he loves playing and watching soccer. He also enjoys sending time outside and exploring different hiking trails and parks in the Pittsburg area.
