Biographical Sketch
Medha is a third-year neurology resident with an interest in kittens, food, and neurology! She is interested in pursuing fellowship in headache or vascular neurology. A fun fact about her is that when given the chance, she can sleep for over 13 hours in a day. She decided to come to UPMC for training because of the warmth and culture of inclusion and belonging amongst the residents at UPMC Neurology and the incomparable extensive clinical training provided at UPMC. Her favorite rotation in residency has been headache due to the range of clinical disorders seen, the diversity among the patient population, the scope of evidence-based treatment options available for the patients, and the excellent mentorship provided during the rotation. Her interests outside of work are playing her guitar, reading novels, shopping, and traveling.
