Biographical Sketch:
Sarah is a second-year neurology resident with clinical interests in epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, and general neurology. She grew up in North Carolina (go Tar Heels!) and completed her medical training in Chicago. She chose the UPMC neurology residency program because of the kindness she saw within the neurology department and the wide range of neurologic disorders treated here. Sarah will be the resident chair of the Birmingham Clinic for the 2025-2026 academic year. Outside of the hospital, Sarah enjoys watching football and baseball, traveling, yoga, and hanging out with her husband.
