Biographical Sketch:

Dr. William (“Will”) Musser is a graduate of Rutgers College of Rutgers University (Class of 1986) with a B.A. in Biological Sciences He obtained his medical degree from Albany Medical College (Class of 1992).  He completed residency training in both neurology and psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. respectively.  Dr Musser is a vascular neurologist and has been in practice for over twenty-four years.  Dr. Musser is boarded in Vascular Neurology, Neurology, and Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. He has practiced neurology with the Department of Veterans Affairs for the past fifteen years.  Dr. Musser joined the VA National Telestroke Program in 2017 when it began clinical operations and currently serves as its Executive Director. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine where he practices both neurology and tele-neurology.
